SHIPPING
Economy shipping is free in the continental US with orders of $50 or more.
For orders under $50 shipping rates are determined at checkout.
RETURNS
We want you to be happy with your Hitch purchase.
If you need to return a product, here’s what you need to know:
You can return unopened and unused products purchased directly from our website within 30 days of your purchase.
To start a return, contact our customer service team at info@hitchgoods.com.
Pack the product securely in the original packaging and include your order number on the outside of the packaging.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless we made a mistake with your order.
Once your return is received, we will issue you a refund for the cost of the product and any applicable taxes. Any shipping charges will not be refunded.
Products purchased from retail shops are subject to the return policy of the retail location where they were purchased.
